By enrolling in any DataPro Academy course or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Course Enrollment and Payment

2.1 Enrollment Process

• Course enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment
• All course fees must be paid in full before course commencement unless payment plan arrangements have been made
• Course places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis

2.2 Payment Terms

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
• Payment plans are available for Professional and Expert courses, subject to approval
• Late payment fees may apply for overdue installments

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Cooling-off Period

You may cancel your enrollment within 7 days of payment for a full refund, provided the course has not commenced.

3.2 Course Commencement

Once training begins, course fees are non-refundable. This policy ensures we can maintain small class sizes and provide personalized attention to all students.

3.3 Course Postponement

If we need to postpone or cancel a course, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course date.

4. Course Delivery and Attendance

4.1 Course Format

• Courses are delivered online via live virtual classrooms and self-paced learning modules
• Course materials and recordings are available for the duration specified in your course package
• Minimum attendance requirements apply for certification

4.2 Technical Requirements

Students are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate technology and internet connectivity to participate in online courses.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, code samples, and datasets, are the intellectual property of DataPro Academy. Students may use these materials for personal learning purposes only and may not redistribute or commercialize them.

6. Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
• Participate actively and constructively in course activities
• Complete assignments and projects on time
• Not engage in academic dishonesty or plagiarism

7. Job Placement Services

7.1 Service Limitations

Job placement services are included with Professional and Expert courses. However, we cannot guarantee employment outcomes. Success depends on various factors including:

• Location and job search flexibility
• Prior experience and qualifications

7.2 Statistics Disclaimer

Employment statistics and salary figures are based on historical data from our graduates and may not reflect future outcomes. Individual results may vary significantly.

8. Limitation of Liability

DataPro Academy's liability is limited to the amount paid for the course. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

We reserve the right to:
